Deze raad bestaat uit gekozen vertegenwoordigers van zowel het management als de werknemers.<br \/>Deze raad moet advies geven bij belangrijke beslissingen die van invloed zijn op het bedrijf, zoals:<br \/>- fusies en overnames<br \/>- grote investeringen<br \/>- herstructurering van het personeelsbestand<br \/>- arbeidsomstandigheden<br \/>Op deze manier hebben de arbeiders \"een stem\" om gehoord te worden op topniveau.<br \/><br \/><strong>Medezeggenschapsraad (MR):<br \/><\/strong>De MR is ook een specifiek bestuur. Het verwijst naar het hele systeem van veiligheid en gezondheid op de werkplek in Nederland.
