Este conselho \u00e9 composto por representantes eleitos da dire\u00e7\u00e3o e dos trabalhadores.<br \/>Este conselho tem de dar um parecer em caso de decis\u00f5es importantes que afectem a empresa, tais como:<br \/>- fus\u00f5es e aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es<br \/>- investimentos importantes<br \/>- reestrutura\u00e7\u00e3o dos efectivos<br \/>- condi\u00e7\u00f5es de trabalho<br \/>Desta forma, os trabalhadores t\u00eam \"voz\" para serem ouvidos ao mais alto n\u00edvel.<br \/><br \/><strong>Medezeggenschapsraad (MR):<br \/><\/strong>O MR \u00e9 tamb\u00e9m um conselho espec\u00edfico.
