Acest consiliu este compus din reprezentan\u021bi ale\u0219i at\u00e2t din partea conducerii, c\u00e2t \u0219i din partea angaja\u021bilor.<br \/>Acest consiliu trebuie s\u0103 ofere consiliere \u00een cazul unor decizii importante care afecteaz\u0103 societatea, cum ar fi:<br \/>- fuziuni \u0219i achizi\u021bii<br \/>- investi\u021bii majore<br \/>- restructurarea for\u021bei de munc\u0103<br \/>- condi\u021biile de munc\u0103<br \/>\u00cen acest fel, lucr\u0103torii au \"o voce\" care se face auzit\u0103 la nivel \u00eenalt.<br \/><br \/><strong>Medezeggenschapsraad (MR):<br \/><\/strong>MR este, de asemenea, un consiliu specific.
